What if my footage is shaky, dark, or “not professional”?

That’s okay — a lot of the most meaningful videos start on phones in bad lighting. We’ll stabilize where we can, brighten and color-correct, and cut around the parts that distract from the emotion. We’ll also be honest if we think something is too low-quality for the result you want, and suggest creative ways to work with what you have.

How do I send you my clips safely?

After you book a package, we’ll send a private upload link using secure cloud storage. You can drag and drop from your desktop or phone. If you already use a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, you can share a folder link with us instead.

Can I be involved in the creative decisions?

100%. You can share reference videos, music you love, and moments you want featured. Every package includes at least one round of revisions so we can fine-tune pacing, music, and structure based on your feedback. We see this as a collaboration, not a black box.

Do you add music, captions, and graphics?

Yes. All packages include basic sound design and music selection that fits the tone of your story. We add captions and titles by default on creator-focused packages, and we can keep things more minimal for sentimental or keepsake films if you prefer.

What if I need my video faster?
